Facing the main house, with three bedrooms, large living room and kitchen/diner, Middle Cottage makes an ideal family home.
The glazed front door opens onto a useful hall area with shelving and space for coats and shoes; this leads into the good-sized living room with practical wood laminate flooring, a full-length window facing onto the farmyard and a rear door to the private patio.
The light, airy fully fitted kitchen has a separate dining area large enough to fit the whole family round the table.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with loads of character, sloping ceilings and exposed beams, and a bathroom with over-bath shower.
Outside, the private, fully fenced patio overlooks the pond and surrounding countryside, and being west-facing is the perfect spot to catch the sun all afternoon and evening.
Residents also have shared use of the clothes drying area outside.
